A creamy yet refreshing smoothie with fibre and protein. The mix of spinach, avocado, cucumber, kiwi, cauliflower, and almond butter makes for the ultimate breakfast green drink.
Ingredients
1 cup = 2.36 dl
1 cup water
1 handful spinach
1 cup cucumber
1 kiwi fruit
1/4 avocado
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 cup of cauliflower, optional
1 Tbsp of MCT oil
Handful of sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp of linseeds
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
