Sip of Refreshment: Cucumber Kiwi Smoothie 

Craving a revitalising blend to kickstart your day or provide a midday pick-me-up? Look no further than this invigorating Cucumber Kiwi Smoothie! 

A creamy yet refreshing smoothie with fibre and protein. The mix of spinach, avocado, cucumber, kiwi, cauliflower, and almond butter makes for the ultimate breakfast green drink. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup = 2.36 dl

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 cup cucumber

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1/2 cup of cauliflower, optional

  • 1 Tbsp of MCT oil

  • Handful of sunflower seeds 

  • 1 Tbsp of linseeds 

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
