Berry & Avocado Salad

 Introducing the Berry & Avocado Salad, a vibrant and nutritious choice that pairs sweet berries with creamy avocado, topped with a zesty kombucha dressing. Perfect for a refreshing lunch or a side dish!

 Ingredients:

         •       2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

        •       45 ml (1 1/2 fl oz) Kombucha (berry flavoured)

        •       2 tbsp Shallot (finely chopped)

        •       1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

        •       Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

        •       120 g (4 cups) Mixed Greens

        •       150 g (1 cup) Strawberries (chopped)

        •       75 g (1/2 cup) Blackberries

        •       1 medium Avocado (cubed)

        •       50 g (1/3 cup) Walnuts (chopped)

        •       60 g (1/4 cup) Feta Cheese, crumbled (optional)

 Method

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, kombucha, shallot, garlic powder, honey, salt, and peppe

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, strawberries, blackberries, avocado, walnuts, and feta

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.

  • Serve and enjoy this refreshing blend of flavours and textures!
