Tuna, Egg and Avocado Sourdough Toast

Tuna, Egg and Avocado Sourdough Toast

Ingredients:

        •       1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
        •       1 Egg
        •       1/2 can Tuna, drained
        •       1 teaspoon Wasabi Paste
        •       Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
        •       1/2 medium Avocado, sliced
        •       1 slice Sourdough Bread, toasted
        •       1/2 stalk Green Onion, sliced
        •       A sprinkle of Parsley for garnish

Instructions:

        1.      Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the egg to your liking.
        2.      Mix the tuna with wasabi, salt, and pepper.
        3.      Place avocado slices on your toast, then add the tuna mix.
        4.      Top with green onions and a sprinkle of parsley.
        5.      Enjoy your meal with the egg on the side. Perfect to kick-start your day or for a quick, nourishing meal!
