Frozen Yogurt Bark with Pomegranate and Pumpkin Seeds

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for a healthy snack: Frozen Yogurt Bark with Pomegranate and Pumpkin Seeds. It’s simple, tasty, and good for you too. Let’s get started! 

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml (1 cup) Plain Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt

  • 79 ml (1/3 cup) Pomegranate Seeds

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions:

  • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, wax paper, or a silicone mat.

  • Spread the yogurt evenly onto the lined tray to about 6 mm (1/4-inch) thickness.

  • Evenly scatter the pomegranate and pumpkin seeds over the yogurt.

  • Freeze until very firm, approximately 2 hours.

  • Once set, slice or break the bark into pieces.
