Cherry Pudding

This cherry pudding is soo easy to make and it’s raw so you don’t have to cook. It’s vegan, takes no time to put together and makes a delicious pudding.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts soaked

  • 1 cup cherries fresh or frozen

Directions

  • Place the cashews in a bowl and cover them with water. Soak the cashew nuts in water for 4 hours.

  • Drain the water from the cashew nuts.

  • Next, make the vanilla pudding. Blend the banana in a blender.

  • Add the cashew nuts and vanilla and blend until creamy.

  • Put the cherry pudding in the refrigerator for 20 to 40 minutes to thicken.

  • Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits.

  • Now simply mix the cherries into the vanilla pudding.

  • You can sprinkle some raw cashews on top. Enjoy!
