Cherry Pudding
This cherry pudding is soo easy to make and it’s raw so you don’t have to cook. It’s vegan, takes no time to put together and makes a delicious pudding.
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cashew nuts soaked
1 cup cherries fresh or frozen
Directions
Place the cashews in a bowl and cover them with water. Soak the cashew nuts in water for 4 hours.
Drain the water from the cashew nuts.
Next, make the vanilla pudding. Blend the banana in a blender.
Add the cashew nuts and vanilla and blend until creamy.
Put the cherry pudding in the refrigerator for 20 to 40 minutes to thicken.
Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits.
Now simply mix the cherries into the vanilla pudding.
You can sprinkle some raw cashews on top. Enjoy!
