Cucumber Mint Vitality Drink

This refreshment is a perfect pick-me-up, combining hydration with a burst of natural flavours to support well-being during menopause.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber

  • 2 stalks of celery

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 500 ml of water or coconut water (for extra electrolytes)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the cucumber and celery thoroughly. Chop them into manageable pieces.

  2. Blend: Place the cucumber, celery, lemon juice, and mint leaves into a blender. Add water or coconut water for an electrolyte boost.

  3. Blend until Smooth: Blend the mixture until smooth. If desired, you can strain it through a mesh sieve for a smoother texture.

  4. Serve: Pour the refreshment into glasses. Add ice cubes if preferred, and serve immediately for a revitalising drink.
