Cucumber Mint Vitality Drink
This refreshment is a perfect pick-me-up, combining hydration with a burst of natural flavours to support well-being during menopause.

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
2 stalks of celery
Juice of 1 lemon
A handful of fresh mint leaves
500 ml of water or coconut water (for extra electrolytes)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the cucumber and celery thoroughly. Chop them into manageable pieces.
Blend: Place the cucumber, celery, lemon juice, and mint leaves into a blender. Add water or coconut water for an electrolyte boost.
Blend until Smooth: Blend the mixture until smooth. If desired, you can strain it through a mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
Serve: Pour the refreshment into glasses. Add ice cubes if preferred, and serve immediately for a revitalising drink.
