Chocoholic's Bliss: Creamy Protein-Packed Yoghurt Delight

 Looking for a tasty snack? Try my simple chocolate protein yoghurt recipe – perfect for a delicious boost and also satisfies your sweet tooth!

 Ingredients:

         •       250ml (1 cup) Plain Greek Yoghurt or a dairy-free alternative of your choice

        •       60ml (¼ cup) High-quality Chocolate Protein Powder

        •       15ml (1 tbsp) Cashew Butter

        •       80ml (⅓ cup) Dark Chocolate (75% cocoa or higher)

 Instructions 

  • Combine the yoghurt, protein powder, and cashew butter in a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip them together until thoroughly combined and fluffy. Divide the mixture evenly between bowls and set aside.

  • Prepare your double boiler by adding water to the lower section or, alternatively, fill a small pot halfway with water and place a heat-resistant bowl on top. Bring the water to a simmer and add the dark chocolate to the bowl. Melt the chocolate, stirring frequently to ensure it’s smooth and lump-free. As an alternative, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave using 30-second bursts, stirring in between.

  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yoghurt mixture, using the back of a spoon to gently spread it into an even layer. Refrigerate the bowls until the chocolate has set, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Take a moment for yourself, sit back, and enjoy this delightful treat!
