Blueberry and Flax Seed Smoothie

Why not try this refreshing blueberry flax seed smoothie for breakfast this week! It is fibre packed from the flax seed, protein packed from the Greek yogurt and perfectly sweet from the blueberries!

Blueberry and Flax Seed Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds, crushed

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup coconut milk or milk of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Mix until smooth. Enjoy!
